-DOWNLOAD, INSTALL AND RUN THE INITIAL WIZARD
(i) : This tutorial gives an example of downloading the software, installing it and also following the initial wizard which creates the first back up set. This example uses Windows Vista but the principle will be the same for other Windows based Operating Systems.

-SEED LOAD (Transfer the initial back up to us via disk/media)
(i) : If you have a lot of data to back up it would be best to send the first back up to us physically (for example send us a hard disk). This shows you have to do this so that we can import it and also so that the data is encrypted whilst in transit.
