(i) : Manually
initiate a back up.

LOAD (Transfer the initial back up to us via disk/media)
(i) : If you
have a lot of data to back up it would be best to send the
first back up to us physically (for example send us a hard
disk). This shows you have to do this so that we can import
it and also so that the data is encrypted whilst in transit.
